  • Can we customize our Boost Box? 
    • For bulk orders over 25 units, we are able to work with you to place customized/swap out items within a Boost Box order. Use our "Contact Us" or navigate to the Bulk and Custom Orders section of our web site to reach out to us with your needs. We will give you a free quote and gather your needs in creating a customized fit to your order.    

  • What are the acceptable forms of payment? 
    • We accept card payment, major credit cards, Amazon Pay and PayPal. 

  • Can I place a custom message in the package when shipped?
    • Yes. Upon checkout, you can type in a gift message which shows up in the order details to the recipient.

  • Do you offer subscription orders?
    • Yes. Subscription orders allow you to set up a recurring, automatic re-order for a self-defined timeframe which can be canceled by you at any time.


    • How soon do you ship? 
      • We ship each business day, (Monday thru Friday). We build Boost Boxes daily to ensure freshness. If your order arrives to us prior to 10am Monday-Friday CST/CDT USA, we will ship same day!

    • International shipping
      • As our products are food items, we want to ensure a timely and predictable delivery time. With customs and other delivery variables, we unfortunately cannot ship internationally at this time.

    • Do you ship to US Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam/Northern Marianas and Armed Forces, APO? 
      • Yes! AK, HI, PR and Guam require an additional shipping charge of $8.95 at time of checkout. Armed Forces and APO addresses do not require the extra fee.

    • Are there restricted areas for shipping?
      • Boost Boxes can not be delivered to prisons or correctional facilities as they will be rejected and returned. As this is a food item, please consider your delivery location and use the tracking to keep up to date on delivery or issues in delivering which may arise.

      After Shipping

      • Return and refund policy 
        • As our items are considered grocery items they are not returnable. However, please contact us with any issues which may arise with your delivery and we will work with you to make it right! Use our Contact Us form and make note of your Order Number and issue when reaching out to us. We will respond within 24 hours!

      • Can I track my Package?
        • Yes! Each shipment includes a tracking number which arrives via email or text message depending on your selected method at time of checkout.
