ORDERING

Do you have subscriptions?

Yes!!! You can set up a subscription on the product page before you add to cart. You can set the frequency as well. Example: You could send a care package every 4 weeks and set the cap at 6 shipments. This way we can send out only 6 box's and your card will stopped being charged after the 6th shipment. 

Can we customize our Boost Box?

For bulk orders and unique situations with large quantities over 50 boxes we can work to make a box that fits your needs. Feel free to message, email, or call us to get a free quote. For single purchases we cannot do customization at this time. We do offer ADD ON items that can be added to any of our premade care packages.

How soon do you ship?

Same day if ordered by 10am CST. 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is included with every box and will arrive in 5 to 10 business days

Ground Shipping

Will arrive in 3 to 5 business days

2-3 USPS Priority Shipping

Will arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii

These locations will require a $10 priority shipping fee. This shipping option must be chosen at checkout in order to ship your package.

What is a business day?

Business days are M-F. Packages traveling over the weekends and holidays are not considered a business day. If you order on Friday after 10 AM Central Time, your package will not ship out until Monday, even if you pay for faster shipping.

Can I choose the shipping date?

At this time we do not have a delayed shipping option on our website. Feel free to call or message us if you would like to delay your shipping. Our subscription plan might be a good option too.

Can I ship International?

Sorry we do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship to prisons or any type of correctional facility?

We do not ship to prisons or any type of correctional facility! The package WILL be rejected upon receipt and we will not be able to refund your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is the expiration date?

Our care packages ship with a minimum 50 days of freshness guaranteed! We make our boxes with fresh snacks each day.
